- - Complete some online questionnaires and an online interview from home.
- - Attend a study day in which you will: answer some questionnaires and computer tasks; provide blood and a urine sample; have an MRI scan.

18 October 2023 Requirements- You are over 18 and under 65 years old
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are not taking any of the following medications: amantadine, ketamine, apomorphine, bromocriptine, cabergoline, cimetidine, cyclophosphamide, dantrolene, dextromethorphan, glycopyrronium, hydrochlorothiazide, ifosfamide, lisuride, levodopa, pergolide, phenytoin, pramipexole, procainamide, quinagolide, quinidine, quinine, ranitidine, ropinirole, rotigotine, triamterene, trimethoprim, warfarin, anticonvulsants (carbamazepine, gapapentin, lamotrigine, pregabalin, topiramate, valproate), lithium, benzodiazepines, vortioxetine, tianeptine, acamprosate, baclofen, brexanolone, and z-drugs
- You do not have any of the following medical conditions: high blood pressure, epilepsy, kidney disease, heart disease, or liver disease
- You are able to have an MRI – that means you must not have any metal in your body and not be claustrophobic
- You do not have a history of mental illness
