17 May 2023 Requirements- - Male or female aged between 18 and 40 years old.
- - Active and regularly perform structured exercises, with a minimum of at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity or 75–150 min of vigorous-intensity physical activity a week, plus 2 or more days a week of muscle-strengthening activities. Alternatively, they may participate in multiple sports/forms of activity; or training regularly three times per week (e.g., team sports players).
- - Must be able to complete 5-km of running in less than 30 minutes for males and less than 35 minutes for females without stopping to walk or rest (assessed on familiarisation visit).
- - Must be able to complete exhaustive drop jump and counter movement jump exercise.
- - Must be able to provide blood samples via venepuncture.
- -Must be comfortable taking supplements orally in pill capsule form
