SME Employees:
Currently on or have recently returned from parental leave
Requested flexible working since being pregnant or returning to work

11 September 2023 Requirements- SME Employers: You are an SME (1-249 staff) employer or (owner-) manager with recent experience in managing parenthood in the workplace.
- SME Employees - interviews: You are an expectant or new parent (mother or father) who has returned from maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave in the past 12 months.
- SME Employees – focus groups (FG):
- FG1) You do not not have any children yet but hoping to become a parent in the next two years.
- FG2) You are an employee who would like to share personal experiences related to co-workers who have become parents.
- FG3) You are a parent who has recently requested flexible working (whether this was approved or not).
