18 October 2023 Requirements- You are over 18 and under 65 years old
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are not taking any of the following medications: amantadine, ketamine, apomorphine, bromocriptine, cabergoline, cimetidine, cyclophosphamide, dantrolene, dextromethorphan, glycopyrronium, hydrochlorothiazide, ifosfamide, lisuride, levodopa, pergolide, phenytoin, pramipexole, procainamide, quinagolide, quinidine, quinine, ranitidine, ropinirole, rotigotine, triamterene, trimethoprim, warfarin, anticonvulsants (carbamazepine, gapapentin, lamotrigine, pregabalin, topiramate, valproate), lithium, benzodiazepines, vortioxetine, tianeptine, acamprosate, baclofen, brexanolone, and z-drugs
- You do not have any of the following medical conditions: high blood pressure, epilepsy, kidney disease, heart disease, or liver disease
- You are able to have an MRI – that means you must not have any metal in your body and not be claustrophobic
- You do not have a history of mental illness

- Non- or light-smokers
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have not taken central nervous system active medication (such as antidepressants) in the last 6 weeks
- Have never had a severe psychological disorder (i.e. psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, substance abuse)
- Have no history of serious physical illnesses, including neurological disorders (autism/ADHD), or kidney, liver, heart, or respiratory problems, systemic infections, etc
- Are not currently taking any blood pressure or heart medications
- Have not participated in another study involving central nervous system active medication during the last 6 wks
- Have significant loss of hearing that isn't corrected with a hearing device
