24 May 2019

The study will involve 4 trials with each lasting roughly 4 hours. During each trial participants will drink a protein and calcium drink before having frequent blood samples and lunch. The calcium content of the drink will change each trial. We will be measuring blood sugar, insulin and appetite hormone responses to these drinks
