Get involved to have some fun! Complete an online game-based assessment that is now used by large companies (e.g. RBS) in their recruitment processes!
This study explores how game-based assessments can overcome the drawbacks of traditional personality inventories in the personnel selection.
I would like to invite you to participate in a recruitment process, which will involve complete the game-based assessment followed by some questionnaires.
