Diversity and Gender Inclusion in the workplace - HR

This project and study is to help aide my dissertation for my Masters degree. It specifically looks at Gender , diversity and inclusion within the UK workplace. Study also links to the Equality Act (2010) and whether employers have changed their policies and practices effectively to cope with the level of change. It would be fabulous if you could help.

The study has been approved by Robert Gordon's University , Human Resources department. There is no links to specific people or companies within the survey and the all information is confidential as per GDPR regulations.
