12 August 2016

The Yorkshire Health Study (YHS) is a regional health study following the lives of thousands of people in Yorkshire. Set up in 2010 as the South Yorkshire Cohort, the study aims to gather up to date information on the health needs, behaviours and resource use of the local population. It also seeks to provide a rapid and economical recruitment platform for randomised controlled trials and other forms of health research.
