Are you interested in receiving a free lifestyle intervention?
The aim of this study is to assess whether a tailored 'best possible self' (BPS) intervention influences early diabetes symptoms over a 4 week period. We will also be investigating the effect that stress and resilience may have on this relationship.

About the researcher
Ben Gibson is a PhD student researching and developing a psychological intervention to aid early diabetes self-management and prevention strategies. I frequently work with people with diabetes as well as non-clinical populations.
