A Phenomenological examination of cultural integration in the US

The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study is to better understand the experiences of Latina and West African women in their process of migration to and integration into the United States. In particular, the experiences of these women in obtaining adult education after arrival in the US, in order to better their lives and speed the process of integration, will be studied.

My name is Isabelle Dos Santos, a Doctoral candidate at Concordia University Wisconsin, and the author of the current study.
