Carbohydrate Supplementation Effects on Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption

This study will assess the effects of the administration of a carbohydrate solution on excess post exercise oxygen consumption. The study aims to quantify any effect of the carbohydrate solution with an aim of providing relevant feedback and pleniminary advice to the sporting community.

Requirements

  • Males
  • Age 18-25
  • Physically Active
  • Free of any current injury or illness
  • Fully recovered from any previous injury or illness
  • BMI below 30
  • Non smoker
