The aim of this project is to investigate what salespeople value about their work and how these values relate to how well they perform at work, how satisfied they are with their job and how committed they are to the organisation they are working in.
This research project has been approved by the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ethics Committee (Goldsmiths, University of London) on July 8th 2019.
