How do post-retirement workers craft their jobs?

We are looking for individuals over retirement age (65 years+) who are in employment to take part. This work can be full-time, part-time or self-employed (paid or voluntary).
It is looking at how post-retirement workers craft their jobs in order to maintain their well-being, performance, and the fit between their needs and the requirements of the job.
If you participate, £50 will be given to your chosen charity and you will receive £20 in vouchers.
