(£300) Electric fan use and physical productivity under heat stress

HEAT-SHIELD is a research programme funded by the European Union which aims in addressing the negative effects of climate change, i.e., increasing workplace temperature, on its working population. In this study, our team at Loughborough University are investigating the effect of a simple intervention (fan use) on physical productivity in the heat.
Participants will complete 1 hour walking in one cool and 7 different hot ambient environments. Total trials = 15.
