Fruit and Vegetable Preferences and Choice Factors in the UK

20 June 2018

In the UK, only 30% of adults meet the “5-a-day” fruit and vegetable recommendations. This research aims to understand how preference and choice factors influence fruit and vegetable intake.

We are looking for individuals aged 18-50, who are not pregnant, lactating or menopausal, have no clinical conditions that may alter fruit and vegetable consumption and have no allergies or intolerances to fruit and vegetables, to complete a survey on fruit and vegetable preferences and choice factors.
