The experiences of KS4 Science teachers in Birmingham in their 1st 5 years

This study is very topical and necessary to gain some insight into factors that attract Science graduates, from different ethnic backgrounds to the teaching profession, or repel them from it. This will help me to develop suggestions of how to increase diversity and representation amongst teaching staff in Birmingham, for my MA Education dissertation with Birmingham City University.
