Our research involves a mixature of both fundamental and applied research invovling a multidisciplinary approach to to prodice a clear eivdence base on which to provide advice on ddiet, lifestyle and physical activity. We work with a wide range of individuals from top althetes to patients with chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
