Communicating the health risks associated with being overweight

Do you have experience discussing your weight and its possible health risks with a Healthcare Professional (i.e. GP’s and practice nurses) or have you not yet had this discussion but would like to?
I am looking for volunteers to participate in an online interview, exploring the general public’s views and experience of the methods used to communicate overweight by Healthcare Professionals.
