The effects of medication and learning on Parkinson's Disease

We are looking for individuals aged 50-75 who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in the last 6 years, to take part in a research study assessing the effects of their usual medication on learning and memory.


  • age 50-75
  • diagnosed with Parkinson's disease within the last 6 years
  • not had deep brain stimulation (DBS)
  • not have severe memory problems or dementia
  • be taking dopaminergic medication and be willing to delay one of their morning doses
  • not be taking amantadine
