This survey is part of my MSc dissertation investigating the UK construction industry pressure prices tendering process that creating an environment of heavy competition among the contracts and forcing the construction industry operates on the low percentage of profit in general?My objectives are simply to explore the pressure prices tendering process that attracting and predominately favour those who present low-cost solution in order to win.

About the researcher
I am a civil engineer working within construction industry for over 17yrs on various difference construction projects such Air Port, Highways Agency, Local council, building, sewages, etc. I am also a post-graduate study who part-time study for construction project management at UWE.
