Workplace Incivility vs Job Satisfaction - Moderating Role of Gender & Race

This study will look at whether workplace incivility impacts job satisfaction and if gender and race influence your experiences at work. You will be taking part in a survey which will take you 25 minutes. There will be a short section at the beginning which will record your demographic information. The main part of the questionnaire will be asking you about your experiences at your current or most recent job.

About the researcher
I am a postgraduate student coming to the end of my Masters, and need your help to get to the finish line. I am interested in discrimination in the workplace and how we can use research to make the workplace better for those who are most at risk.
