Employees’ Experiences, Well Being, & Attitudes study
22 January 2020
I am currently recruiting participants for a study focused on employees’ experiences, well-being, and attitudes at work. The goal of the study, lead by Megan Nolan, an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, and myself, Amy Collins, a master’s student at West Chester University, is to understand stressors experienced by employees at work and identify effective ways to improve the well-being of employees. To do so, we need to learn more about you and your experiences.
