About the researcher
This study is being conducted by Ellie Howie, a MSc Cybercrime Investigation student at the University of Central Lancashire. We are performing research into reporting crime through a smartphone app. By exploring this on a wide scale, it is hoped this will assist in developing of non traditional reporting methods for cyber crime and using crowdsourcing as an aid to police investigation for cybercrime.
