Exploring everyday food vigilance of health conscious consumers

Do you feel strongly committed to healthy eating and put extra efforts to maintain a healthy diet plan. Have you ever got involved in healthy eating practices such as paleo, gluten free, vegan , raw , clean eating and so on? Looking for participants who have a strong commitment to their health and food. What makes them committed? how much they benefit? what are the downfalls?
