Applicability of 3D Printing Technology in the Medical Sector

This online study is to find out from medical professionals what views they hold on 3D Printing technology in their current line of work, either internally or externally.
This will consist of survey-style questions, and I intend for the feedback I gain to help further my research on the subject area.
The questionnaire shouldn't take much more than 15-20 minutes to complete, and I greatly thank you in advance for your time.
