Life Afer Someone Important Has Died

05 March 2020

We are inviting young people aged 12-18 in Scotland to take part in an interview about the impact of a suicide of someone important to them.
While previous research has found that bereavement is a common experience among adolescents, not much is known about the impact of being exposed to a suicide on day to day life, thoughts and feelings, and behaviours such as self-harm. This research aims to better understand these experiences so we can know how best to support young people in the future.
