Help us find out how we can design a personal health record (i.e. mobile app, website, sensor) to improve medication adherence for adults with long-term conditions.
The research asks participants to:
1. provide consent (online - can be found in the website - under take-part tab).
2. take part to a 30 minute online or telephone interview (audio-recorded only).
3. fill in a 15 questions survey.
