Early Versus Delayed Fracture Fixation on Muscle (EFIX)

Healthy male and female volunteers (aged 18-60 years) needed to take part in a study investigating the effects of ankle fracture on muscle wasting (EFIX study).

The study involves 4 study visits and will include 2 weeks in a lower leg plaster cast, blood samples and calf muscle biopsies.

Inconvenience allowance will be offered to volunteers.
