15 June 2020

As part of my final year independent study project I am carrying out research that will examine motivational tendencies for work as well as job satisfaction. This will take around 8 minutes to complete.
This study aims to explore how an individual’s motivation for work, their work-life balance and perception of how stressful their day to day life is interplay to affect overall job satisfaction Job satisfaction is a relatively self-explanatory concept and relates to how one appraises their job.
