Does how we feel and think influence our diet and physical activity?

14 May 2020

We are interested in seeing if people's cognitions (e.g. their thoughts about doing things) and their emotions might influence what they eat and how physically active they are.

In taking part, you will complete a series of questionnaires and a brief computer task. This will take about 45 minutes of your time. Then, you will complete a seven-day diary about snacks and physical activity.

Upon completion of the whole study, you will be entered into a prize draw for a £40 Amazon voucher.
