Achieving Nutrition Goals and Using Nutrition Mobile Technology

What barriers prevent individuals from achieving healthy nutrition objectives and what practices (e.g. use of technology) help to overcome these barriers?

A study to explore the barriers of people meeting their nutrition goals, and their current and future use of mobile technology.

We are looking for people to share their experiences in meeting their nutrition goals, what prevents them doing so, and how and if technologies such as health and nutrition-related mobile apps can help.

Requirements

  • 18 - 65 years old
  • Willing to share experiences on your nutrition goals, barriers from achieving them, and how and if nutrition and health-related mobile apps can help.
  • Able to be interviewed either face to face (if based in London) or via Skype/ Phone
  • Speaks English
