Acute effects of fruit polyphenol extracts on blood glucose responses

We are looking for volunteers for our latest research study, which is investigating the effects of blackcurrant and citrus extracts (and combinations of these) on the rise in blood glucose that occurs after eating a carbohydrate meal. The findings of this study might have implications for the prevention of diabetes.
