Work Engagement & Personality

Being engaged with your work benefits you by improving your health and happiness level as well as makes you a valuable asset for your employer.

The study aims to explore the underlying mechanisms involved within the relationship between personality and employees’ behaviour. With this research, I am to gain a deeper understanding of how work engagement can be predicted and, thus, enhanced.

About the researcher

I am a postgraduate student in the MSc Work & Organisational Psychology programme at the University of Nottingham. Currently, I am conducting a study for my applied research project which represents the last step in gaining the targeted academic qualification.
