This experiment explores the effect of employee salaries and additional income on salary satisfaction and a decision making task.
If you decide to take part in this experiment you will be randomly assigned to 1 of 6 groups.
Depending on which condition you are assigned to, you be asked to rate a number of salaries. Following this, you will be asked to indicate how satisfied you are with two salaries and then indicate your willingness towards a gamble.
