Assessing the relationship between personality and Insomnia

Insomnia is influenced by a number of factors, and one of these includes personality. Whilst research has examined the relationship between personality traits and insomnia, definitive conclusions regarding this relationship have not been drawn. As such, this project aims to assess the relationship between insomnia symptoms and various aspects of personality. You will also be required to complete a series of published questionaries, this should take approximately 25 minutes:
