Being there in a time of pandemic: Mindfulness and COVID-19

This study aims to explore the relationship between mindfulness and COVID-19 related stress and anxiety. It will be in the form of an online questionnaire study with a longitudinal design. Both long-term meditators and non-meditators will be recruited to participate in this study. Participants will complete several measures in two separate sessions.

About the researcher

Hello everyone. I am a medical graduate from Cyprus who is currently doing a Master's course in Brain Sciences at the University of Glasgow. I am interested in mindfulness and other forms of techniques that alter the state of human consciousness and provide people with mental tools that can help them cope with negative emotions.
