Making sense of interpersonal mistreatment at work

07 July 2017

This research is exploring men and women's experiences of interpersonal mistreatment at work, this includes but is not limited to experiences of workplace bullying, harassment, conflict and aggression.
In so doing, the research seeks to understand how mistreatment starts, how it is experienced on a day-to-day basis and the impact it has on well-being.
I am looking for individuals who are CURRENTLY being mistreated or have been in the PAST over the course of their careers to share their stories.
