Creation of the employment relationship between new hire and employer

22 September 2020

I am studying the process of how the employment relationship is formed between a new hire and their employer, particularly the "implicit or unwritten contract" within that relationship. This could include the newcomer's interactions with the supervisor/manager and the various other individuals who may represent the employing organization during recruitment and onboarding.
