I am requesting your assistance with my doctoral dissertation research study entitled Job Applicant Motivation Following Lack of Feedback on Previous Employment Application. The purpose of this qualitative case study is to explore how job applicant motivation may be affected by the job application process or lack of feedback from previous application processes for working adults between the ages of 18 and 45 working in the United States.
