Exploring the social capital benefits of University Education

30 April 2020

“The core idea of social capital theory is that social networks have value” (Putnam, 2000, p19). As a computer can increase productivity for a student, networks with high levels of social capital can be said to be more productive due to the high levels of trust and reciprocity associated. The project intends on discovering if there are social capital benefits for those whom have attended University education, and their perception of the increased social capital benefits.
