The aim of the study is to look at the effects of different types of dietary protein and fibre on blood sugar levels and appetite in South Asian and European adults with Type 2 Diabetes who are not on insulin. You will be asked to attend the CRF at Hammersmith Hospital for 6 separate study visits for approx. 5h long.
