The relationship between life history strategy, morality and personality

20 June 2017

New research exploring morality has resulted in a new theory called Moral Foundation Theory (MFT). Previous research has shown a relationship between a person’s life history strategy (LHS) and moral values. LHS’s are diverse and is a result of variation in life cycles. Human behaviour is referenced by the way life history (including reproductive development and behaviours) has been shape. The aim of this study is to explore how personality influences the relationship between MFT and LHS.
