What is the best way to give bad news?

Hello all, my name is Harry Clelland and I am a PhD researcher at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. I am looking for participants to complete a 5-minute task as part of my very first study. We are interested in finding out the best way to deliver bad news. To do this we are asking a sample of English-speaking adults to read a hypothetical scenario, and imagine that they are a health professional writing a letter containing some unfavourable health information.
