Online Program Helping Parents to Reduce Adolescent Anxiety and Depression
18 January 2017
We are seeking parents and legal guardians of teenage children to help us develop content for a therapist-assisted online parenting program. You will be given access to an online program, and then asked to give feedback via a 30 minute telephone interview. The knowledge gained in this research ultimately aims to reduce mental health problems in the community.

About the researcher
I am a Doctoral candidate for the Doctor of Clinical Psychology program at Monash University (Australia). Before training to become a clinical psychologist, I worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 1999 (qualified in the UK) with a range of vulnerable client groups. I am keen to develop evidence based strategies that help parents to support their adolescent children who are experiencing anxiety and depression.
