Development of a screening tool to identify and explore orthorexia nervosa.

This project aims to develop a better understanding of underlying reasons behind restricted diets that people choose to follow to maximise own health. Restrictive diets in this study are defined as forms of eating behaviour where individuals consume food based on a self-defined set of rules that are not accounted for by observation of religious food-related rituals and medical intolerance.
We are interested in learning what your reasons, motivation, and feelings are for what you choose to eat.
