Familiarity and believability of news headlines

06 August 2020

Now accepting participants over 30!
I am investigating how headlines affect people's perceptions of news items on news websites. So you will be asked to rate a series of headlines for how familiar you are with the event presented in the headline and how believable the headline is. You will also be asked some questions about where and how you follow the news. This research is part of my final research project for my Masters in Human-Centred interactive Technologies at the University of York.
