Study on Visual Size Perception Wearing Contact Lenses

12 July 2019

We are recruiting participants for a study on how well people are able to judge changes in the visual size of a target. The study will involve wearing contact lenses. You will look at a series of targets and tell us whether they appear to get bigger or smaller. The actual test itself should only take 90 minutes, but we have scheduled 4 hours to give ample time for the contact lenses to be fitted and for you to take regular breaks over the 90 minutes.

Study at City, University of London

  • 1. You are between 18-35 years old.
  • 2. You don’t wear glasses (contact lenses may be ok depending upon your prescription).
  • 3. You pass three standard vision screening tests that take about 10 minutes.
  • 4. You can see clearly with contact lenses.
