Diversity in HR-Selection
22 February 2016
The project aims to investigate how diversity is perceived by HR-Specialists and Line Managers when they select new employees. As we are committed to do applied research that can be transferred into practice we recruit HR-Specialists and Line Managers of all ages, who have at least one year of work experience. The project consists of two parts, a HR-selection task and a survey. Together, it takes about 20-30 minutes to participate.
