Influence in a group: its relation to hierarchy and other factors

I am attempting to measure the influence of an individual and compare this to both hierarchy position and other personality factors such as emotional intelligence, religion/belief etc. I attempt to show the complexities of group dynamics and suggest the development of a new model to change and improve groups.
