Brain imaging comparison of cancer medications

The trial investigates the effect on the brain blood flow of a single dose of two prostate cancer medications (which will be taken during separate visits) at King's College Hospital, London. The study involves a medical screening followed by 3 full-day visits separated by about 6 weeks. During the full-day visits you will take a single dose of the study medication (or placebo) orally, and have an MRI scan. Transport will be provided, and you will be reimbursed for your time (up to £830).
